Addendum #1 Salem Area Mass Transit District is providing information and making changes / additions / modifications / revisions as an Addendum to RFP 20-017. The changes, clarifications and SAMTD responses to questions posed to date are hereby provided to all proposers. Also included are the Agenda and Attendance List from the Pre-Proposal Conference held on 8/4/2020. Notice Summary SAMTD is soliciting Proposals for General Finance and Technology Consultant services for an ERP / HRM solutions migration project that has already begun. The solution being implemented is Tyler-Munis. It is the intent of SAMTD to award a resultant contract to one (1) successful proposer. We do not intend to split the services herein or make an award to multiple contractors. A resultant contract will include the scope of services and specifications and all work as identified in PART 2 of this solicitation. Successful Proposer shall be licensed by the State of Oregon to do the work required under this contract. Successful Proposer shall obtain and maintain in current status all applicable permits and licenses. For Scope and Specifications for this project, please see PART 2 of this RFP.
