Addendum #2 Salem Area Mass Transit District is providing information and making changes / additions / modifications / revisions as an Addendum to RFP 21-017. The following changes, clarifications and SAMTD responses to questions posed to date are hereby provided to all proposers. Also extends the Bid Close Date to June 3rd, 2021 at 4:00pm PDT and the Public Bid Opening Date to June 3rd, 2021 at 4:15pm PDT. Addendum #1 Salem Area Mass Transit District is providing information and making changes / additions / modifications / revisions as an Addendum to RFP 21-017. The following changes, clarifications and SAMTD responses to questions posed to date are hereby provided to all proposers: See attached file entitled "ITB 21-017 Addendum 1". Notice Summary SAMTD is soliciting bids to provide and deliver active air and surface purification systems that will work effectively in transit buses as well as indoors in large shared work spaces. These systems are intended to result in the deactivation of Covid, bacteria, and other harmful pathogens to aid in ensuring the safety of SAMTD customers and employees. The Successful Bidder shall be licensed by the State of Oregon to do the work and provide the systems required under this solicitation and resultant contract. All items or services to be furnished hereunder shall meet all applicable state and federal requirements of the Occupational Safety and Health Standards. Contractor shall obtain and maintain in current status all applicable permits and licenses. For Specifications for this project, please see PART 2 of this ITB.
