Hood Community College Facilities Department is requesting a bid from a certified York chiller support provider, certified McQuay Air Handler support provider, Pacific Steel Heating boiler support provider, which is experienced in manufacturers recommended preventive maintenance programs, and has troubleshooting experience, and LME licensed personnel to support all equipment types. The purpose of this request is to select a primary and secondary contractor, a primary to be called out first, and a secondary in the event the primary is unavailable to provide services. - Submittals MUST be on MHCC rate information sheets on pages 3 and 4, and returned to Doug Schleichert at [email protected], no later than 2:30pm, 12/15/2020.
