Opportunity Summary The Oregon Department of Fish and Wildlife is currently soliciting bids to hire a Contractor that will provide all necessary expertise, labor, equipment, materials and services for, incidentals, and permits required to complete all demolition and removal of the existing cold storage building, walk-in freezer, concrete stairwell and sidewalk, and building foundation. Power to the building has been removed, but contractor will need to excavate and stub off a two-inch galvanized pipe water supply line. Contractor to salvage the vintage cool room entrance door prior to demo. Salvaged door to remain ODFW property. All lead paint abatement, demolition/disposal shall be included in project. Following demolition, the site footprint will be graded to fill any holes and match the current slope of the landscape. Contractor shall complete all work contained in construction and Contract documents. Contractor shall apply, and pay for any/all Federal, State, County, or City permits associated with the Demolition, Abatem ent, etc. that may apply. A MANDATORY Invitation to Bid (ITB) is attached. You must download the attachment and use the attached ITB to bid on the solicitation. MANUAL BIDS SUBMITTED ON THE ORPIN OPPORTUNITY WILL BE REJECTED AND CONSIDERED AS A "NO BID". YOU MUST USE THE ATTACHED MANDATORY FORM FOR ANY AND ALL MANUAL BIDS. ODFW reserves the right to cancel the solicitation, or reject in whole or in part, any or all quotes when the cancellation or rejection is in the best interest of the contracting Agency, in accordance with ORS 279B.100. The Agency may, in its sole discretion, terminate this Contract, immediately upon notice to Contractor, or at a later date as Agency may establish in its notice, upon the occurrence of any of the following events: 1. Agency fails to receive funding, appropriations, limitations, allotments or other expenditure authority at levels sufficient to allow Agency, in the exercise of its reasonable administrative discretion, to make payments under this Contract; 2.
