The Pension Benefit Guaranty Corporation (PBGC) intends to modify Contract PBGC01-CT-06-0761 with SRA International on a sole source basis.  PBGC is required to incorporate additional functionality to PPS as a result of the 2008 Legislative changes associated with the Pension Protection Act of 2006.  Therefore, PBGC intends to modify Contract PBGC01-CT-06-0761, under the authority of FAR 6.301-1, to incorporate the 2008 Legislative requirements which SRA International will use to modify PPS.  There is not written solicitation as this is not a request for proposals.  A determination by the Government not to compete with this proposed contract based on responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Numbered Note 22 applies.
