CLACKAMAS FIRE DISTRICTADOPTION OF ATTORNEY GENERAL'S MODEL RULES FOR PUBLIC CONTRACTING NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARINGThe Clackamas Fire District Board of Directors, acting as the District's Local Contract Review Board, will hold a public hearing on October 16, 2023, at 5:00 p.m. The meeting will be held at the Clackamas Fire Station 5 meeting room, 9339 SE Causey Ave, Happy Valley, Oregon. The proposed Resolution opts the District into the Attorney General's Model Rules for public contracting (OAR Chapter 137, Divisions 46, 47, 48, 49) and maintains exemptions that were previously adopted under Resolution #13-01.
