The specific NetApp data storage system is required to replace an existing NAS system supporting the Tomahawk Cruise Missile program. The replacement system must include Data OnTap operating system with SnapRestore, NFS, CIFS, and NDMP capabilities, and be able to support existing Disaster Recovery and Continuity of Operation Plans while supporting expected growth for 7 years. Therefore, only the NetApp's FAS2554 NAS system will meet all of the Government's requirements. No substitutions will be considered.

All items are to be priced Open Market or GSA; no other methods will be accepted. Vendors must be registered in System of Award Management (SAM) to be eligible for award. DFAR 252.232-7003 (Electronic Submission of Payment Requests and Receiving Reports) is applicable to this purchase. Items quoted GSA must provide the corresponding GSA schedule. Delivery is requested within 30 days of award. Any offerors who cannot meet this requirement shall state so in their offer and provide an alternative for consideration. These items will be acquired utilizing Simplified Acquisition Procedures in accordance with FAR Part 13. The Government will not issue any additional written request for quotations as all items are identified on this notice.
