The deadline for receipt of white papers is extended through 5pm Eastern time on 7/20/20 to give Offerors time to double-check that they have properly submitted company to company agreements.  Offerors are reminded that they must submit a fully executed company to company agreement dated in 2020 with each white paper.  Please check that your submissions include these agreements. 

July 30, 2020 - Dates in Section 5 of the BAA Call have been updated.  Notification of white paper evaluation results is anticipated to occur on 8/14/20. 

August 13, 2020 - Dates in Section 5 of the BAA Call have again been updated.  Notification of white paper results is anticipated to occur on or before 8/19/20.  The full proposal due date is now 9/8/2020.
