The purpose of this RFI is to obtain information from industry on how the Government can best acquire services at Government Owned Government Operated (GOGO) facilities under the authority of Joint Munitions Command. These facilities are responsible for the production, storage, distribution and demilitarization of a wide variety of conventional ammunition.
The facility locations include:
1. Blue Grass Army Depot (BGAD) Richmond, Kentucky
2. Crane Army Ammunition Activity (CAAA) Crane, Indiana
3. McAlester Army Ammunition Plant (MCAAP) McAlester, Oklahoma
4. Pine Bluff Arsenal (PBA) Pine Bluff, Arkansas
5. Pueblo Chemical Depot (PCD) Pueblo, Colorado
6. Tooele Army Depot (TEAD) Tooele, Utah
The services being considered include:
1. Boiler Inspection/Operations and Maintenance
2. Compressed Gasses
3. Custodial Services
4. Electrical Maintenance
5. HVAC Repair/Maintenance
6. Intrusion Detection System Services
7. Janitorial Services
8. Minor Construction - Roof Repair, Railroad Maintenance; Road Repair
9. Pest Control Services
10. Portable Toilets
11. Refuse Collection
12. Solid Waste Removal
13. Vehicle/Equipment Maintenance/Repair

JMC, the host organization, will begin their briefing Wednesday May 24th at 1:30 pm. Please come prepared for open discussion during the event.
