Notice of Contract Action (NOCA)

Air Force Life Cycle Management Center (AFLCMC), Hanscom Air Force Base, MA Operational Contracting Division

This is a notice of the Government's intent to solicit, negotiate and award a sole source contract to ADVANTOR SYSTEMS CORPORATION. The requirement is to provide a tech refresh, and upgrades to the currently installed Advantor Access Control System (ACS) and Intrusion Detection System (IDS), to support HCIC, in Building 1607 on Hanscom AFB.  

The proposed contract action is to procure the specific service for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR 6.302-1.

Interested parties may submit unclassified responses to this notice by email to Ms. Ashlee Pollastri at [email protected] and Ms. Jessica Caissey at [email protected] no later than 9 August 2019 @ 1200 EST. No other communications will be entertained.  This is not a Request for Proposal (RFP) or Invitation for Bid (IFB); The Air Force does not intend to award a contract on the basis of this notice or to otherwise pay for the information to be solicited. Although “proposal” and “offeror” are used in this Presolicitation, your responses will be treated as information only.  It shall not be used as a proposal. We anticipate a sole source procurement IAW 10 U.S.C. 2304.
