THIS NOTICE IS FOR INFORMATIONAL PURPOSES ONLY. Under the authority of 41 U.S.C. 3304(a) and FAR 6.302-1(a)(2)(iii), the United States Agency for Global Media (USAGM) located at 330 Independence Ave, SW Washington, D.C. 20237, intends to solicit, and negotiate the following procurement with only one (1) source:
NYE Services LLC located in Kabul, Afghanistan under DUNS number (561206091)

The applicable NAICS Code for this procurement is 541810, with a small business size standard of $15 Million.
NYE Services will reserve billboard placements in seven (7) major Afghanistan cities and to produce/oversee media placement of radio advertisements supporting VOA’s Afghan Service programming efforts in both the Dari and Pashto languages. This requirement has been fulfilled by NYE Services previously under another contract with satisfactory performance.

The estimated value of award is $44,000.00 USD and the period of performance is effective September 13, 2020 – September 12, 2021.

This Notice of Intent is not a request for competitive price proposals. Any determination to compete or not to compete this proposed contract is solely within the discretion of the Government. This Public Notice is not a RFP, IFB, or RFQ.
