Amendment 01 to above RFQ Questions and Answers: 1) Is this new work or is there an incumbent currently conducting this task? A Yes! There is an incumbent 2) Is this solicitation open for small businesses or only for individuals? A) Solicitation is open to small businesses as well as individuals. 3) Section C.1 refers to “travel within the United States and abroad…” Can you provide an estimate of how much travel is involved (percentage wise)? Will travel costs, DBA(for overseas travel) etc…be reimbursed on an ODC basis? A) On the rare occasion the contractor should be required to travel, the government is responsible for costs. 4) C.2 Deliverables refers to a “final report.” Is there is specified format for this final report? Is the final report part of the 1920 hours associated with the solicitation? A) There is no format for final report. Final report is part of the 1920 hours. 5) Will all work associated with this solicitation be performed at USTDA Headquarters or is telecommuting permitted? A) All work will be performed at Headquarters, USTDA. 6) H.7.2. refers to a Secret security clearance. Will work be permitted during the period the clearance is being adjudicated? A) Security clearance must be obtained before contractor can start work. 7) Is this work restricted to U.S. citizens? A) Yes.
