The Indianapolis Campus is seeking proposals from qualified firms to provide design, bidding, construction administration and other appropriate services for the project to evaluate and repair the exterior masonry for the North Meridian Center. The work should include an assessment of the entire building exterior, with the intent to address issues on the south elevation, at a minimum. The south elevation is part of the original 1931 construction and is primarily limestone. The work to be completed includes tuckpointing, as well as restoration of columns and other structural, safety, and/or decorative elements of the building.
