The Naval Surface Warfare Center, Corona Division plans to procure, on an other than full and open competition basis IAW FAR 6.303-2(a)(4), L3 ESSCO The Aegis Spy Array Docking Cover, which is solely manufactured by L3 ESSCO. The Aegis Spy Array Docking Cover supports the Shore Site Australian FMS Case AT-P-LCQ AEGIS Class Ship Program. This requirement will be awarded on a sole-source basis in accordance with the statutory authority 10 U.S.C.2304(c)(1) as implemented by FAR Part 6.301-1(c).
