This is a combined synopsis/solicitation commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 13.5 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation is issued as a Request For Quote (RFQ). Submit written offers (oral offers will not be accepted), on RFQ #F3V3VP1186A001. This procurement is being issued as a No Set-Aside under the North American Industrial Classification Standard code #423910 and Small Business Size Standard of 500 Employees applies to this procurement. IAW FAR 252.204-7004, all firms or individuals responding must be registered with the Central Contractor Registration (CCR).
