1. The 673d Contracting Squadron is contemplating an award for Aerobics Instructor Services located on Joint Base Elmendorf-Richardson (JBER), Alaska. Sources Sought was previously advertised under FA5000-16-T-0064, Aerobics Instructors. (Note: the description contained within this synopsis is a summary of the required services and is not intended to be all-inclusive.) The contract will consist of providing non-personal services, to include all management, personnel, equipment, supplies, facilities, transportation, tools, materials, supervision, and other necessary items except as specified herein as government-furnished. The service is to provide Aerobics Instructor Services consisting of 1868 aerobics classes annually. These classes include but are not limited to Turbokick, Zumba, TRX, water aerobics, yoga and indoor cycling. The Government shall provide marketing materials to Fitness Center customers that denote class location, time, instructor name, and class type. Aerobics instructors are required to hold and maintain both class certification from an accredited institution as well as required First Aid certification. The contractor shall comply with applicable federal, regional, state, and local laws and commercial standards.

2. This acquisition will be a competitive women owned small business set-aside. The applicable North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 611620, Social - Recreational services with a small business size standard of $7,500,000.

3. It is anticipated the solicitation will be issued electronically on or about 17 Jun 2016 on the Federal Business Opportunities web page at http://www.fbo.gov. Paper copies will not be available.
