This solicitation is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ).

Naval Special Warfare Command intends to award a Firm Fixed Price contract for two (2) Aeroflex 3920B Analog and Digital Radio Test Platforms in this RFQ. This is a brand name requirement.

(1) Quotes are due 04 SEP 2015 at 1:00PM Pacific. Email is the only acceptable method of quote submission.

(2) Offerors may submit written questions during the quote preparation period. All questions must be received no later than 02 SEP 2015 at 8:00 AM Pacific. Only written questions will receive a response.

(3) All questions and quotes shall be directed to the Contract Specialist by email, citing the RFQ Number in the subject, at the following address: [email protected]

(4) Offerors must clearly identify any exception to the solicitation terms and conditions and provide complete accompanying rationale in their quote.
