The attenuators and terminations are used to filter, provide and refine electrical input and output signals to calibrate peak power meters, power dividers, and VHF attenuators as required in NAVAIR Instrument Calibration Procedures (ICPs). Aeroflex / Weinschel, Incorporated is the Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM).

The Government intends to procure the above items under the authority of 10 USC 3204 (c) (1), FAR 6.302-1. The Government does not own data rights and competitive drawing package for this effort as the Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) is unwilling to sell their data rights. All responsible authorized sources are encouraged to submit a proposal in writing that may be used by the Government in determining whether or not to conduct a competitive procurement. A determination by the Government, not to open the requirement to competition based upon the response to this notice, is solely within the discretion of the Government.
