U.S. Customs and Border Protection intends to issue a sole source contract to ForeFlight, LLC for Aeronautical Navigation Flight Charts. These charts must provide domestic flight planning, navigation, aviation weather and terminal charting that integrates with portable ADS-B receivers.

The anticipated contract period of performance will be from September 1, 2020 through August, 31 2021. This notice is neither a request for proposal nor an invitation for bids. There is no formal solicitation available for this requirement at this time.
