The 42nd Contracting Squadron at Maxwell AFB, AL intends to award a sole source contract to the Atlantic Council of the United States, Washington DC for the Air Force Fellowship program, which is equivalent to Professional Military Education (PME) for Colonels. This is a sole source procurement under the authority of FAR 6.302-1. This will be a firmed-fixed price contract. If there are any other businesses that can provide the specified services they must respond to this notice before 1300 hrs (Central Time) on 17 Jul 2009.
