The Naval Air Systems Command intends to negotiate and issue a Firm Fixed Price (FFP) delivery order under Basic Ordering Agreement N00019-08-G-0010 on an other than full and open competition to Sikorsky Aircraft Corporation (SAC) 6900 Main St. Stratford, CT 06614. The anticipated work is for SAC to remove the current 2000 ft hover panel and replace it with a 200 ft hover panel due to fleet inability to use the Airborne Mine Countermeasures (AMCM) configuration for Vertrep, Armed Helo, and SAR missions. This requirement will be procured in accordance with FAR Part 6.302-1, only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy the agency's requirements.
