The purpose of this amendment is to incorporate revisions to Section L, Invitation to Offerors and Section M, Evaluation Criteria of the Environmental Services and Construction - Pacific Air Forces (ESC-PACAF) Solicitation.

For consideration in developing a proposal, the maximum ceiling value has been changed from $48.5M to $48M over the life of the contract.
