Purpose / Requirement Description

This is a Synopsis of a Proposed Contract Action prepared in accordance with (IAW) FAR 5.207. This is NOT a Request for Quote (RFQ) or Request for Proposal (RFP). The Contracting team will review and consider all responses and/or questions received; however, the Contracting team is not required to implement any of the feedback and/or suggestions received.

The 766th Enterprise Sourcing Squadron (ESS) located at Joint Base Pearl Harbor-Hickam (JBPH-H), Hawaii, intends to issue a solicitation and award a contract action directly to a Service Disable Veteran Owned Small business concern for preventative maintenance and minor repair services of Live Fire Trainers located throughout the Pacific Command. Specifically, the intent of this contract action is to provide qualified personnel to inspect, test, maintain, and repair live fire/non-fire trainers to ensure serviceability and prevent deterioration in operational effectiveness.

The aforementioned service will provide support to multiple locations across the Pacific to include the following: Joint Base Elmendorf-Richardson (JBER), Alaska; Eielson AFB, Alaska; Joint Region Marianas, Guam; Osan Air Base, Republic of Korea; Kunsan Air Base, Republic of Korea; Misawa Air Base, Japan; Kadena Air Base, Japan; and Yokota Air Base, Japan.
