Immunoaffinity column: 1 ml syringe-barrel column contains immobilized antibody to aflatoxins B1, B2, G1, G2 and is filled with preserved buffer solution. Column can be stored for 1 year at room temperature without loss of column performance. Recoveries for a standard aflatoxin solution of 15 ml Ch3OH-H2O (1 + 3) that contains 25 ng B1, 5 ng B2, 15 ng G1, and 5 ng G2 should be at least 90, 80, 90, and 60 %, respectively.
