The United States Air Force, 375 Contracting Squadron (LGCB), Scott Air Force Base, IL is seeking sources for A&FRC Receptionist. Scott Air Force Base is conducting market research to determine the availability of businesses capable of providing a receptionist to the A&FRC located at Scott Air Force Base.
Description of Services
The contractor will work from Monday-Friday, 0730-1630, except for federal holidays executing the following tasks as needed:
The contractor shall be able to provide information on all A&FRC activities to customers. Duties require a calm and confident demeanor while handling multiple phone calls and walk-in inquires while taking appointments when necessary. The contractor will develop, maintain, and update databases and printed materials on available resources through the A&FRC. The contractor will also be the Records Clerk for the A&FRC.
Qualifications
The contractor must have the following:
-Basic understanding of military protocol and Air Force terminology
-Above average oral communication skills
-Ability to work in a diverse population
-Proficient with Microsoft Office computer software application
--including but not limited to Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook
-Ability to develop, maintain, and update data automated scheduling and entry of all signups for seminars, workshops, and appointments
-Responsible to arrange for a trained replacement and to notify their A&FRC POC five days prior to absence
Contract Type
375 Contracting Squadron is anticipating a performance based, firm fixed price contract.
The duration of the contract would be one (1) base year plus two (2) one year options.
