The receptionist will be responsible for receiving telephone calls, greet visitors, ascertain the nature of the call or visit, direct clients to the appropriate program manager in the A&FRC, schedule clients for A&FRC workshops/classes and provide complete and clear information that most routine or procedural issues, customer intake assessments, information and referral marketing A&FRC programs, some information technology related tasks-all requiring independent judgement. In addition this position required initiative, customer focused sensitivity and discretion. The contractor shall be responsible for performing various clerical and administrative duties, including entering all required information and data into the Altus AFB Airman & Family Readiness Center's (A&FRC) Transition Assistance Program (TAP); and provide computer support the use of the various software programs that fall within this program. The contractor shall input all data as required and maintain currency within the Air Force Family Integrated Result Statistical Tracking (AFFIRST) database system. Department of Defense Transition Assistance Program (DOD TAP) web application, and other web applications as specified by Air Force or other authorities.

Please be advised that option years will be exercised at the convenience of the government. If you are the winning contractor, you must have the potential to have the qualified person in this position for the entire 5 years if the government chooses to exercise all 4 option years.
