The Naval Air Systems Command (NAVAIR) intends to award a firm-fixed-price one-year base with four one-year options delivery order, under Basic Ordering Agreement (BOA) N00019-15-G-0026 to Northrop Grumman Corporation (NGC) at 1 Hornet Way, El Segundo, CA 90245-2804 using authority FAR Subpart 6.302-1, only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements for the procurement of AFT Lower Longeron and supplies in support of Engineering Change Proposal, ECP 633C1, Aircraft Frame Change, AFC-668, "Changes to the AFT Fuselage - Update for C1 Option in Support of Service Life Extension Program (SLEP)." The Northrop Grumman Corporation is the sole designer, developer, integrator, manufacturer and supplier of the F/A-18 Longeron and only Northrop Grumman Corporation has the F/A-18 particular engineering analysis software, engineering data, capability, resources, and expertise required to fulfill NAVAIR's requirements. All responsible sources may submit a capability statement, proposal, or quotation. A determination not to compete this proposed effort based on responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. For small business or subcontracting opportunities, contact Northrop Grumman directly.  Any questions regarding this synopsis should be sent via e-mail to [email protected].  Â
