This project builds on national research efforts to understand rates of participation in fishing, hunting and wildlife viewing activities among all US Residents, and the economic impact of those recreation activities. It expands the national research to provide Washington-specific information, and the survey of Washington residents to help WDFW assess the significance of the recreation opportunities that fishing, hunting, and wildlife viewing provide to the public within Washington State.
