The Virginia Contracting Activity intends to award a sole source to AGI Inc. for maintenance and software services pursuant to the authority cited in 6.302-1. The intent of this procurement is to provide maintenance and software for satellite toolkit.

The purpose of this posting is not a request for competitive quotes; However, all quotes received shall be considered by the government. A determination not to compete this procurement based upon responses to this notice is soley within the desecration of the Government. Information received will be considered for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement.
