The simplified and commercial acquisition procedures set forth in FAR parts 13 and 12 shall be used. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation. This notice constitutes the only solicitation; a written request for quotation will not be issued. This acquisition is unrestricted with regard to business size. The applicable North American Industry Classification system (NAICS) code is 334516, with a small business size standard of 500 employees. The request for quotation (RFQ) number is RFQ-08-0207. The basis for award shall be based on suppliers meeting the requirements and price. All interested firms are requested to submit a written quotation, which will be considered by the agency.
