The U.S. Forest Service, Rogue River-Siskiyou NF, has a requirement to acquire services for the purpose of crushing and stockpiling aggregate (includes development of rock quarry). Work includes furnishing labor, equipment, supervision, transportation and operating supplies, required to complete the project. The project area is located in Curry County on the Gold Beach Ranger District of the RogueRiver-Siskiyou National Forest and near Powers Oregon.

This solicitation is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ). Submit written quotes on attached solicitation AG-04N7-S-11-0055. The solicitation documents and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 05-53.

The government intends to award a firm-fixed price contract resulting from this solicitation to the responsible offeror whose quote conforming to the solicitation will be the most advantageous to the Government, price and other non-price factors considered.

The following evaluation factors will be used to evaluate offers: Past Performance and Price. The non-price evaluation factor is approximately equal in importance to price.

The anticipated performance time is date of contract award through October 31,2012.

The acquisition is a 100% Small Business set-aside. The North American Classification Code (NAICS) is 115310. The size standard is 7.0 million.
