The U.S. Army Contracting Command – Aberdeen Proving Ground, Natick Contracting Division (ACC-APG-NCD) has a sole source requirement on behalf of Product Manager, Soldier Clothing and Individual Equipment (PM-SCIE) to procure variations of poly-wool fabric. This limited source requirement applies to the procurement of the following fabrics: 2,388 yards of 55/45%, Poly/Wool Gabardine, Heritage Green 564 fabric; 796 yards of 55/45%, Poly/Wool Serge, Heritage Green 564 fabric; and 796 yards of 55/45%, Poly/Wool 3-Ply Tropical, Heritage Green 564 fabric.
