I. GENERAL INFORMATION
The Puerto Rico Air National Guard has a requirement to purchase ship and install a 10,000 gallons diesel Above Storage Tank, located in Punta Borinquen Air Control Squadron, Aguadilla, PR, as specified in the Statement of Work (SOW). This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only notice. A written solicitation will not be issued. This requirement is issued as a request for quote (RFQ). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect the Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-95.
A Firm Fixed Priced Award will be made in accordance with the following:
NAICS Code: This acquisition is being solicited as a 100% small business set-aside. The North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for this acquisition is 238120 with a size standard of $16.5 million dollars.
II. DESCRIPTION OF ACQUISITION:
The Puerto Rico ANG has a requirement to purchase the below listed items. This procurement will be awarded under Simplified Acquisition Procedures. Quotes must be received no later than 14 Sept 2020, 12 pm, EST, daylight savings time. Email quotes to Capt Rolando Perez at [email protected] or to TSgt Rafael Martinez [email protected]. If there are any questions, please email Capt Perez or call (787) 360-1442. A site visit conference will be conducted on 25 August 2020 at 10:00 am EST. This site visit will start at the parking lot in front of the main gate at Punta Borinquen Radar Site. Interested contractors are encouraged to attend a site visit and shall follow base access requirements. All questions and requests for information (RFI) must be received not later than 28 August 2020 at 5:00pm EST.
