Chatbots will complement and/or supplement the live staff experience at each institution. Based on query frequency, the chatbot will learn. Using the knowledge base(s) supplied by each participating institution, the chatbot will extend the institution’s brand. Additional chatbot deployment on the backend office functions will improve efficiency, increase accuracy, and save staff time.
