The Government intends to procure electronic access to the American Institute of Aeronautics and Astronautics eJournal Archive package journal database NAICS: 519130, FSC: 7630, SIZE STANDARD: 500 employees. The Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR 6.302-1. This synopsis is being published for informational purposes only. The proposed source in the American Institute of Aeronautics and Astronautics (AIAA). The proposed action is to acquire electronic access to the AIAA eJournal Archive Package for permanent access to these resources. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive quotations. However, all responsible sources may submit a capability statement, proposal, or quotation, which shall be considered by the Air Force. The Government will consider any responses received within 11 days of issuance of this notice. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether or not to conduct a competitive procurement, and the Government does not intend to pay for any information received in response to this announcement.
