The purpose of this announcement is to provide access to a website which will allow industry vendors interested in the Aeronautical Information Management Modernization (AIMM) Program to schedule appointments with the program management, technical and acquisition team individuals responsible for the award to be made in FY 2014.
The FAA is requesting that this site be the only means of scheduling meetings with industry vendors until the issuance of the FINAL SIR sometime before the close of FY 2013.
PLEASE NOTE: THE FAA WILL NOT RESPOND TO QUESTIONS AND/OR COMMENTS SUBMITTED PRIOR TO THE DATE SET FOR MEETING.
A narrative statement which addresses the major comments expressed during review of the DRAFT SIR will be provided to all participants and will constitute the only information the FAA will provide during these meetings.
