The Contractor shall furnish all labor, equipment, materials, permits and fees necessary for the Air Compressor Replacement and Maintenance - National Guard Stockton Campus located at National Guard Stockton Campus, 8020 S. Airport Way, Stockton, CA 95206. Work to include: The Contractor shall provide all labor, materials, equipment, and supervision necessary to remove and replace five (5) air compressors, install associated filtration systems, perform required electrical work, and provide scheduled maintenance services for three (3) years at the National Guard Stockton Campus. All work shall be in accordance with the terms, conditions, and requirements of this Invitation for Bid (IFB). Prospective bidders MUST attend the mandatory pre-bid job walk on 2/25/2025, at 9:00 AM at National Guard Stockton Campus, 8020 S. Airport Way, Stockton, CA 95206.
