The 773d Enterprise Sourcing Squadron (773 ESS) is gathering market research and seeking sources for a contemplated new contract to provide accreditation surveys to ambulatory Medical Treatment Facilities (MTF). These services are for the purpose of "Accreditation" by an accreditation source approved by the Assistant Secretary of Defense/Health Affairs (ASD/HA). Additionally, these services will include Tracers with AMPTM software, or equal if the "or equal" is determined to be in the Government's best interests. See attachment.
