The 42nd Contracting Sqaudron at Maxwell AFB, AL intends to award a sole source contract to the John F. Kennedy School of Government, Harvard University, Cambridge MA for the Air Force Fellowship Program, which is equivalent to Professional Military Education (PME) for Colonels. This is an alternate in-resident force development program offering intermediate or senior Force developmental education (SDE) credit. This is a sole source procurement under the authority of FAR 6.302-1. This will be a firm-fixed price contract. If there are any other businesses that can provide the specified services, they must respond to this notice before 7/26/2010 at 1:00pm Central Standard Time (CST). If no response are received by the above referenced date/time a sole source contract will be awarded to the John F. Kennedy School of Government, Harvard University, Cambridge MA.
