Department of Energy, National Energy Technology Laboratory, Pittsburgh PA intends to issued a Sole Souse Purchase Order to Pacific Fabricators and Constructors, PO Box 1719, Albany, OR for the Fabrication and Installation of Air Pollution Control System, Building 25, Albany Research Center, Albany OR. Pacific Fabricators and Constructors are uniquely qualified as they have installed the other systems of air pollution control in the building complex (building 23/24/25) and have specific knowledge that will allow integration of the specific air pollution control systems.
