The 700 Contracting Sqadron at Kaisersalautern, Germany, intends to award a contract for delivery  of 3 ea Ranger 2400 / Flyaway Base Terminal C/X/Ku Capable, 3 ea Ranger X-band Feeds, 3 ea Ranger Ka-band integraed Feeds and 3 ea ranger ODU.
