This is a special notice that Naval Special Warfare Command, San Diego, CA intends to procure sole source with 3 Fly Enterprises LLC, dba Skydive San Marcos, PO Box 337, Fentress, TX 78622 under the authority of 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1) as implemented by FAR 6.302-1. NAICS code 481219 applies to this procurement. This firm fixed price contract is for aircraft services for 19MAR2011 - 23MAR2011 to support the Command Naval Recruiting Command (CNRC) Navy Parachute Team (NPT) performing aerial demonstrations near Austin, TX.

This special notice is not a request for competitive quotations. This award will be made using simplified acquisition procedures. No solicitations will be made available. A determination by the Government not to compete this procurement action, based on responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
