Sources sought synopsis announcement is issued to assist the 673d Contracting Squadron, JBER, Alaska, in performing market research to determine interest and capability. This is not an Request for Proposal (RFP) and responses to this invitation are not offers and cannot be accepted by the Government to form a binding contract. This is not a guarantee of a future RFP or an award. This document should not be construed as a commitment of any kind by the Government. Any information provided to the Government in response to this document will become 673d Contracting Squadron property and will not be returned. The Government will not reimburse contractors for any cost associated with responding to the request.
Request is for a 12 month Base Year plus four (4) each one-year Option Periods for a total performance period of five (5) years. JBER, AK is seeking interested sources capable of Aircraft Transient Alert Services as described in the attached draft Performance Work Statement (PWS), Attachment 1. Contractor shall comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and standards.
In addition, contractor shall provide all management, labor, equipment, materials, tools, and other items as identified in PWS to perform Aircraft Transient Alert Services.
The applicable North American Classification System (NAICS) code is 488190 Other Support Activities for Air Transportation, with a business size of $32.5M. Interested and qualified sources are requested to provide: (1) company name, point of contact, e-mail addresses, telephone and fax numbers, identification of business size under the applicable NAICS code, i.e., 8(a), HUBZone, SDVOSB or WOSB; (2) a list of the company's most recent and relevant (within the last three years) DoD or commercial contracts and a brief description; and (3) information demonstrating the company's ability to perform these services. Respondents are asked to limit submissions to ten pages or less. Any information provided is voluntary. All eligible firms responding to the Sources Sought must ensure their response is complete and sufficiently detailed to allow the Government to determine the firm's qualifications to perform this requirement.
