The MICC Fort Knox intends to award a sole source contract to Scotland Aero Services Inc., a veteran owned small business. The government anticipates award a single contract to provide a dedicated drop zone for parachute operations and training jumps capable of supporting the entire fleet of the US Army Parachute Team (USAPT) Aircraft (2 medium and 3 light aircraft). Includes access to airport usage 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, with access to line service personnel and contract fuel for the US Army Parachute Team located on Fort Bragg for the period of 1 April 2019 through 31 March 2020 with four one-year option periods. This notice of intent is NOT a request for proposals or quotations. Requests for copies of a solicitation in response to this notice will not be honored or acknowledged. A determination by the government to not compete this proposed action based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the government. Information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether conducting a competitive procurement is in the best interest of the government.
