The 42d Contracting Squadron intends to award a sole-source contract to John Tiller Software 8000 Madison Blvd. Suite D102-186 Madison, AL 35758 for the purchase of Integrated Learning Environment Services. Amigot Corp posseses unique experience and capabilities to complete this requirement. The proposed contract action is for services for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR 13.106-1(b)(1)(i). Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement or submit quotes. This notice of intent is neither a request for competitive quotes nor a solicitation for offers. However, all quotes received by 16 Sep 2016, 12:00 pm CST will be considered by the Government. A determination by the Government not to compete this requirement based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
