CITY OF MCMINNVILLEAIRSTACK OEM PARTS PUBLIC NOTICE OF SOLE SOURCE PROCUREMENTNotice is herby given that the City of McMinnville intends to enter into a contract with Northwest Control Company, INC. for: 1. AirStack OEM parts including reversing valve, heat exchanger, and drier liquid line. Welding, refrigerant, vacuum pump, nitrogen included. Recovery of the module, removal of the HX, dryer and reversing valve. Pressurize and leak check the system. Pull vacuum on the system. Charge the system as needed. Put the module back online. in the amount of $21,700.00 because the City has determined that the goods are available from only one source. This determination is based on item being customized to work in specialized aquatic center application with specialized control system. Any Affected Person may protest the City's determination by filing a written protest at McMinnville City Hall, Attn: Legal Department - Contract Protest, 230 NE 2nd Street, McMinnville, OR 97128, by not later than 4 p.m. on February 22nd. The written protest must include: (a) A detailed statement of the legal and factual grounds for the protest; (b) A description of the resulting harm to the Affected Person; and (c) The relief requested. The City Attorney will not consider any written protest that is received after 4 p.m. on February 22nd. This notice is given in accordance with provisions of the Oregon Revised Statues, 279B.075, and Oregon Administrative Rules, 137-047-0275.
