The Transportation Security Administration intends to contract using other than full and open competition for WebBoard Server Edition licenses and WebBoard Premium Edition Support Renewals for Akiva WebBoard. Accordingly, the TSA intends to award a contract to Software House International, located 290 Davidson Ave. in Somerset, NJ 08873. This contract will address the requirements of the Office of Information Technology/Applications Development Division Akiva WebBoard 8.0 project.
The proposed contract action is for supplies or services for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR 6.302. Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement or submit proposals. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. However, all proposals received fifteen days after date of publication of this synopsis will be considered by the Government. The Government will notify parties of the outcome of any proposal submitted in response. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement.
