REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS (RFP) The City of Bartlett is seeking proposals from qualified firms to enter into a five-year contract for alarms, door access controls, security cameras, and monitoring services for various locations throughout the City as per the written specifications. Bid Information and documents are posted on the City’s website at www.cityofbartlett.org A MANDATORY pre-proposal conference will be held on Thursday, November 10, 2022, at 9:00 a.m. (CST) to address your questions and provide additional information for this proposal. All interested respondents will be required to attend this meeting. The pre-proposal conference will be held at Bartlett City Hall, 6400 Stage Road, Bartlett, TN 38134. Failure to attend this meeting will result in the rejection of your proposal. Sealed proposals are to be received no later than 4:00 pm (CST) on Thursday December 1, 2022.
