Focused Remodel of 2 Eugene Safeway Stores, please see below and PDF in file section. General: 1. Install cases, millworks and equipment per the approved fixture plan. 2. Work to take place at night. 3. There will be a daytime superintendent onsite Mon-Fri. 4. This will be a 9 week project. 5. Replace damaged or missing sales floor ACT. De'cor: CDS Install SWY provided décor package per plans. Install SWY provided race track planking Center of Store VCT allowance: $5,000 Install Marlite FRP over deli and bakery wall tile. (Areas visible to sales floor only). Paint lower sales floor walls, doors and frames Produce: Remove track lighting, replace ACT as necessary. Extend fluorescent strip fixture over produce. SWY provided fixtures Provide water line and power for misting system. Wine: Remove existing tracking lighting, replace ACT as necessary. Install SWY provided track lighting Restrooms: Customer Paint Replace mirrors Replace baby changing station Acid wash tile Paint restroom hallway, including wainscot. Butcher Block: Install new butcher block cases with stainless steel flashing and curb at back of cases. Patch epoxy. Reset: Labor and resources per the day-by-day schedule to be provided. Refrigeration: Remove, relocate and install refrigeration equipments as required per the approved fixture plan. Paint exterior of refrigeration cases per scope walk. Replace missing and damaged case parts on existing to remain refrigerated cases. Exterior: SWY sign contractor to remove the Savon pharmacy sign on the store front canopy. GC to patch and paint where sign is removed to match. Power wash store front and sidewalk the week of re-grand opening. Install bark dust in the landscape islands prior to re-grand opening.
