Qualified General Contractors are invited to submit sealed bids for the Alder House Renovation project, located in South Bend, Washington. The Owner, Joint Pacific County Housing Authority will be accepting sealed bids until 3:00pm on December 14, 2023 at 820 11th Ave, Longview, WA 98632. Bids will thereafter be publicly opened and read aloud. Project consists of renovations of the existing vacant assisted living facility into independent apartments with some reconfiguration of space.
